From the moment your order is confirmed, we handle every step of the process with the same care and attention we put into crafting each piece. Whether you're in Prague or on the other side of the world, your jewellery will reach you safely, beautifully packaged, and right on time.

Dispatch Time

We know you can't wait to wear your new piece — and neither can we. That's why all in-stock items are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of your order being placed and confirmed.Every order goes through a final quality check before it leaves our hands. We inspect each piece individually to make sure it arrives exactly as it looked in our atelier — no exceptions.Prefer not to wait for delivery at all? You're always welcome to visit our Prague boutique and collect your piece in person, the same day you purchase. Just let us know you're coming and we'll have everything ready for you.

As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel from Prague to your door

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Czech Republic → 1–3 business days
Europe → 3–7 business days
United States & Canada → 7–12 business days
Rest of the World → 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly depending on your exact location, local postal services, and customs clearance procedures. International shipments occasionally experience minor delays during peak seasons or due to customs inspections — this is outside our control, but we will always keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

We believe fine jewellery should reach you without unnecessary added costs. That's why we offer free worldwide shipping on all orders of €999 and above.For orders below €999, shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on your delivery destination. We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your parcel is handled with care every step of the way.

For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply upon delivery.

All shipments are fully insured for the value of the contents. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong in transit, you are fully protected.

Packaging

We take pride in how our jewellery is presented. Every piece is placed in our signature Roberto Genna jewellery box, wrapped with care, and sealed securely for shipping. Whether it's a gift or a treat for yourself, it will arrive ready to delight.

If you're sending the piece as a gift and would like a personalised note included, simply let us know at the time of ordering — we'd be happy to add a handwritten message.

Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

Our collection features many one-of-a-kind pieces — each one individually sourced, crafted, or set by hand. Because of this, certain items may occasionally show as sold out. However, this doesn't always mean the story ends there.

If you've fallen in love with a piece that's no longer available, please don't hesitate to reach out. In many cases, we are able to source a similar stone, recreate a comparable design, or craft an entirely new piece inspired by the one you loved. This is a service we offer personally and with great passion — because we know how meaningful the right piece of jewellery can be.
